Ignite Hospitality Services does not charge any upfront fees. There are no hidden costs or hard to understand contracts. We only charge a nominal finder’s fee after you approve of the terms and conditions of the accepted trade agreement from our hotel affiliate.

How Many Rooms and Nights Am I Allowed to Put in a Request For?

Because of the unique trade relationships we maintain with our hotel affiliates, we limit bookings to a maximum of three rooms and three nights per stay. This ensures fair opportunities for all clients to access our services. If your lodging needs exceed this limit, whether you're staying in one city for an extended period or require more rooms for your team or family, please contact us directly. What If I need A Hotel the Same or Next Day?

No problem! At Ignite Hospitality, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and last-minute accommodations are sometimes necessary. Our team is equipped to assist you in finding available hotels that can accommodate your needs on short notice.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you need to cancel a booking for any reason, please notify us in writing at least 3 to 5 days before your scheduled stay. Upon cancellation, we will issue you a trade credit equal to the amount paid for our service, which can be applied to future bookings through any of our partnered brands. This ensures that you can still take advantage of our services at a later date, giving you flexibility for your next trip while maintaining the value of your original trade
