GET MATCHED BY OUR SERVICE AGENTS

  • Ignite Agents Start The Process of Coordinating Your Trade.
  • Your Profile Info Is Used To Identify Potential Trade Partners.
  • Profile Information Is Sent to a GM or Sales Director For Review.
  • Your Potential Trade Partner Then Declines or Accepts Your Offer.

STEP 3

GET CONNECTED TO HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS

  • Congratulations! Your Trade Has Been Approved.
  • Ignite Will Email You Details of Your Accepted Trade Along With A PayPal Invoice.
  • If The Terms of The Trade Are Acceptable You Are To Settle Your Invoice By The End of Business Day.
  • It Is Recommended You Call The Front  Desk To Verify Your Check In Information Prior To Arriving.
  • Notify Ignite Immediately If You’re Unable To Follow Through With Your trade.
  • If A Trade Is Cancelled We Will Issue You A Trade Credit To Be Used On Future Hotel Bookings.
